Hey, we are Women of Music! Who are you?

MISSION

Women of music (WoM) is a women's collective from Baden-Württemberg. The initiative defines itself as an open collective that combines different musical styles and expertise within the music industry as well as (trans-)cultural backgrounds. WoM's mission is to empower women in the music industry by providing and embedding them in a local network. The development and implementation of event concepts with a supra-regional appeal are of central importance in this context. We bundle the power and knowledge of women on a regional level to contribute to the worldwide visibility and working conditions of women in the music industry.

VISION

WoM strives to be the active and reliable centre of an artistic and business network. Our greatest vision is a future in which a network like WoM no longer needs to be seen as a necessity.
